Sendai Domestic Airport is gateway to access to Sendai City and the conference center. Train is available to move to Sendai City. On the other hand, there is no public transportation to go to the conference center directly.
Otherwise, you can get to Sendai City using express train from Tokyo Narita International Airport. It is alternative transportation to save time rather than waiting for transit in Narita.
