The WEAJ Conference Research Seminar is offering the presentation of your moving research projects and concern.
1. Presentation time
Please plan with a presentation time of 15 minutes and a question and answer of 15 minutes.
2. Presentation time period
Friday, June 22, 2018
3. Application procedure
· Application deadline for presentation is April 28, 2018.
· Notification of the announcement is May 9th, 201st.
· The submission deadline for presentation summary (800 to 1000 characters) is May 25, 2018. Please organize and prepare the background of the research, research purpose, research plan (target, survey procedure, analysis method), expected effect.
4. Presentation decision
WEAJ Board Leader Committee will decide the presentation. Those who were unable to make a presentation, we appreciate your poster presentation.
5. Presentation method
It is only oral presentation. Please organize and announce your research background, research purpose, research plan (target, survey procedure, analysis method), expected effect to be understood. In order to help participants understand, please prepare power points and related materials as much as possible.
6. Application conditions
· Presenters must participate in the conference without fail.
· Since the presenter has information exchange with participants, please participate in the exchange meeting as much as possible.
· Prepare projector, PC connection cable (D-sub 15 pin), screen only for training room. Please prepare other presentation equipment and handout materials at the responsibility of the presentation representative.
7. Points to remember
1) In response to this announcement, we will issue a certificate of presentation, but our organization does not recognize it as a research achievement.
2) It is also possible to present ongoing research that has already obtained certain results.
3) We will not accept research results that have already been concluded.
4) The secretariat will prepare English title and English summary so please leave.
8. To your supervisor
This research presentation does not expect complete type, such as presentation contents, presentation method, utilization of presentation tools, etc. at all. What is important is a sincere attitude towards outdoor education of the presenter who wants to do a good research at all. Please come and teach with courage with the feeling of releasing our child to the ocean. Students, civilian and researchers will share their ideas in their respective positions, and let’s make better ones.
9. Submission Procedure
1) Please prepare the presentation summary so that it fits in one A4 size paper with 800 to 1000 characters.
2) Please prepare the presentation summary in a chapter on the purpose, background, research plan, expected effect etc of the research.
3) Please describe the presentation title, the presenter’s name (including co-presenter), the presenter affiliation (including co-presenter), (in the case of students, supervisor name and affiliation), the presentation representative contact telephone number (portable) and E-mail (preferably PC mail).
4) Make sure to create the file with Microsoft Word.
5) If different from the submission procedure, we may ask for amendment.
