【Exhibition Booth】
1) 180cm square, 180cm long desk, and a power plug can be used.
2) The exhibitor have to take responsibility for the security of the booth.
3) Selling your product is available.
4) You will set your exhibition at 16: 00 ~ 17: 00 on June 21 and have to clean up until 20:00 on June 22nd.
5) Exhibition Hall is Nagano Saihokukan Hotel Salon Room
【Promotion】
We will post your banner on the conference website and program.
【Cost】
1) Exhibition fee will be 10% of sales. Credit sales and post payment will also be included in sales. If you will not sell OR 10% of total sales is less than the conference fee, you will pay the conference fee as exhibition fee.
2) All expenses for the exhibition will be on exhibitors.
3) One car parking and electric expenses will be supported by the conference.
