【Request for application】
1. Please send the presenter’s name, affiliation and presentation title to the event secretariat (info@outdoorproject.jp) by March 20, 2018 for the application of the presentation.
2. Please submit abstract submission so that it will not be late as of the end of April 2018.
3. The announcement will be announced in early April 2018.
4. Abstract submitted may require correction. Please note.
5. Even if the announcement is not adopted, you can poster presentation at the main venue of the event. You can use one long board and one white board.
【Presentation Method】
1. Plan the workshop in 90 minutes.
2. Please be sure to set up a time of Q & A about 5 minutes at the end of the presentation.
3. Prepare the projector, PC connection cable (D-sub 15 pins), screen only in the training room. Please prepare other presentation equipment and handout materials at the responsibility of the presentation representative.
【Submission Procedure】
1. The abstract should be 800 to 1000 characters, please make it with one A4 size paper.
2. Please prepare the abstract so that the reader can understand the contents of the workshop.
3. Please describe the presentation title, the presenter’s name (including co-presenter), the presenter affiliation (including co-presenter), the presentation representative contact telephone number (portable) and E-mail (preferably PC mail).
4. Make sure to create the file with Microsoft Word.
5. If different from the submission procedure, we may ask for amendment.
6. Please send me 1 face photo of the presentation representative and 1 to 3 photos showing the contents of the presentation.
7. Submit to: info@outdoorproject.jp
8. Write “2018 WEAJ_Abstract” in the subject line of the mail.
